There are so many possibilities that it overwhelms you. Of course, you start with the standard exam option, even though being exposed on the table in nothing but a flimsy patient gown both terrifies and excites you. Will the nurse notice your shame and excitement? Will the doctor say something about your racing heartbeat?
She checks your blood pressure, heart rate, and temperature—embarrassingly, she does the last one rectally. Suddenly, your mind spins at the thought of an enema or prostrate exam, and anal dilation. The nurse checks the list, and you fear what’s next: perhaps some sounding to dilate your urethra for urethra dilation or a complete catheterization, where you lose control of even your most basic functions. Enemas
Enemas range from practical use to becoming the erotic focus of the session. Most often, a quick irrigation of the area helps prepare for any anal play that might ensue. On the other hand, fetish enemas, for their own sake, or Klismaphilia, can easily take over the session as it can require 10-20 minutes to expel the enema’s contents. Piercing
You will feel a quick pinch, followed by an endorphin high. “Play piercing” or “recreational acupuncture” does cause painful sensations, which your body compensates for, often overcompensating with pain-relieving hormones. Piercing leaves you floating for hours long after the medical session has ended. You are correct; these piercings bleed after removing the needle, but with careful application, this bleeding is minimal, and there are no lasting wounds. As with medical forceps, the needles may focus on the nipples, genitals, or all over the body.
Injections
As with medical sounds and catheters, injections are the “next-level piercings.” I perform these injections with sterile saline water that “fills” your skin. I like to think about how the little fillers will stay with you for a few days after our time together, reminding you of your visit to my medical clinic, but no one else can detect them. Remember that these are only small injections; I do not do full saline inflation.
Surgical staples
Continuing with the piercing philosophy, we have surgical staples. These give the same sensations as piercing and injections but include bringing skin together in a temporary bodily modification. I can use the sterile staple dispenser to place staples on your skin anywhere, but I can also use it to close parts of you that are open and wrap the skin around your genitals, modifying you into a living Ken or Barbie doll.
Sutures
Sutures are for those who want something similar to staples but more “traditional.” I can “sew” you together and decorate your body with these temporary modifications.
